What is a Nikkah?
"Nikah" is the Arabic term for the wedding. It is a traditional Islamic ceremony where an Imam- a Muslim pastor- will wed the bride and groom.
Can I take pictures during the ceremony?
We kindly ask that you remain seated during the ceremony. We have an expert team to photograph and document this special moment. We will gladly share the images after the wedding! We appreciate your understanding
What should I wear?
The bride and groom will be in traditional Indian attire. Guests are welcome to wear Indian, Western, or cultural outfits of their choice. Suggested options:
Semi-formal: Cocktail dress or dressy separates for women; suit and tie for men
Indian: Lehenga, Sari, Salwar suit for women; Kurta, Vest, Sherwani for men
Wear what feels comfortable and makes you look your best. Reach out if you’d like suggestions on where to find these.
What kind of food will there be?
We will have a selection of catered Indian foods from a local favorite restaurant of ours! We will also have some Italian food as an alternative option. There will be a mix of vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. All the meat will be halal.
Are there any colors we shouldn't wear?
We ask guests to refrain from wearing red or white.
Are kids welcome for Nikkah Ceremony?
Yes, children are most welcome. A babysitter will be available to help look after them during the ceremony. We kindly ask that they remain seated during the main ceremony.

Will there be a prayer room or private space available for guest to use during wedding?
A quiet space will be available at the Venue for guest who wish to pray.
